RReady, a company based in Germany, is dedicated to empowering employees and clients with the skills needed for innovation leadership. With a global presence and a successful track record of working with 40 clients across 15 countries, RReady is recognised for its forward thinking approach. 

To support this ‘KickBox’ program, RReady focuses on creating an inspiring workspace the right tools and guidance to enhance their creativity. One innovative solution they’ve adopted is the used of luxurious video boxes with 7-inch screens, which are used to package their branded tools and merchandise. This method is especially crucial in today’s rapidly evolving and competitive business environment, where the ability to generate new ideas is the key to long-term success.

The Promotional Items

As part of their KickBox collection, RReady strategically placed a variety of promotional items at the bottom of each box, encased by protective foam boarders. This thoughtful arrangement within the video packaging not only adds an element of surprise but also improves the overall presentation and safety of the items. 

 These included marker pens, pencils, socks, and paper clips, all chosen to boost brand recognition and foster long-lasting relationships with recipients. By including these appealing yet practical items, RReady aims to leave a memorable impression that encourages ongoing engagement. 

Magellan supported this initiative by creating a diverse range of products to complement RReady’s efforts. The assortment to complement the other merchandise items were notepads, metal-screw-lids water bottles, mugs, sweaters, coasters, and large Boxley teddy bears. This array of products aided RReady’s promotional campaigns, enhancing their ability to connect with and impact their audience effectively.

KickBook Tool Boxes

Discover how RReady leveraged video boxes into their merchandise strategy, to amplify the unboxing experience for the recipients. The KickBox toolboxes, offered in vibrant red, yellow, and blue, incorporated seven inch HD screens that make the project explanations more engaging and clear. These boxes are a central feature in their innovation programs, designed to captivate and inform.

The video boxes are bilingual, supporting both German and English, and they house various items including a guidebook, templates, gadget cards, and stickers. Each item is branded with RReady’s logo and their mascot, Boxley, to maintain a consistent and professional look. 

Furthermore, each ToolBox includes a unique shelf that lifts to reveal a personal message from RReady, enhancing the personal connection with the recipient. The box also features an auto-play video with play/pause and volume controls, and a ribbon for easy opening. Additional buttons linked to different parts of the video are strategically placed to trigger innovative ideas, making the ToolBoxes not just informational and inspirational.

The End Result

The promotional items distributed in RReady’s ‘KickBox’ programs were met with high levels of satisfaction and received positive feedback from recipients.
